First either come along to Loanhead Leisure Centre and have a chat to any of the members. E-Mail or phone any of the contacts on this site, this is the best way to find out what Scuba diving in Scotland and what the Club are about.
We have our pool session on a Thursday night at 9:00pm - 10:00pm
Not qualified. Then you are exactly who we need, new trainees are the life blood of the Club and is what PSAC and ScotSAC ( The goverening body for Scottish dive clubs)is about, promoting and teaching the sport to all.
Already qualified through BSAC, PADI or some other similar organization in UK, and trained in UK like conditions. Depending on your level of qualification and experience there are a few crossover assements required, this will give you a recognized SSAC qualification.Check these out at SSAC Are you a member of an other SSAC Branch, no problem we don't have a limit on our membership. The Club runs a Try Dive night most of the year, so come along and try diving with only the pool fee of £3.00 to pay. If you like it then take a short swim test and join the club. When joining you also have to join SSAC, this gives you third party insurance along with training manuals, log book and subscription to Scottish Diver Magazine. This would be required to be paid after your 'Come & Try' night before further training can take place.
